HARRISONBURG, VA (Rocktown Now) — UPDATE: HPD reports that as of 5:05 PM, traffic is now clear on Reservoir Street.

The Harrisonburg Police Department announced in an online post at approximately 3:30 PM of Reservoir Street currently being shut down between Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd and Eastover Drive due to a traffic crash.

Motorists are encouraged to use an alternate route of travel as first responders continue to work in the area.

Updates will be posted as they become available, and this is expected to be an extended closure.
