HARRISONBURG, VA (Rocktown Now) — The City of Harrisonburg is notifying voters that three polling locations will be temporarily relocated for the April 21, 2026, Special Election due to facility availability. These changes apply only for this election, and all polling locations are expected to return to their usual sites for future elections.
According to a release, affected voters will receive a notice by mail informing them of their temporary polling location for this election.
The temporary polling place changes are as follows:
- Precinct 102 – East Central
Voters who normally vote at Spotswood Elementary School will vote at:
Harrisonburg City Hall
409 South Main Street - Precinct 202 – Southwest
Voters who normally vote at Keister Elementary School will vote at:
Heritage Oaks Golf Course Club House
680 Garbers Church Road - Precinct 203 – West
Voters who normally vote at Thomas Harrison Middle School will vote at:
Price Rotary Senior Center at Westover Park
309 South Dogwood Drive
All other polling locations in the City of Harrisonburg will remain unchanged.
The city encourages voters in these precincts to review the mailed notice and plan accordingly for Election Day. Again, these polling place changes are temporary and apply only to the April 21, 2026, Special Election.
