STAUNTON VA (Rocktown Now) — Update: The traffic lights are now functioning properly.

The Staunton Police Department just released a traffic alert.

Due to a power outage in the area, traffic lights are not functioning at the intersections of Richmond Avenue and Crossing Way, along with Richmond Avenue and Frontier Center Trail.  

The police department reminds drivers that if you come to an intersection without functioning traffic lights, to come to a complete stop and proceed only when the way is completely clear.
