STAUNTON, VA (Rocktown Now) – The Staunton man charged in a fatal shooting last summer in Waynesboro had an arraignment hearing this morning.
Jacob Preston Sipe pleaded not guilty to all four of the charges he faces, including first degree murder, during the hearing in Circuit Court.
Those charges are in connection with the death of 33-year-old Trevor Hill of Waynesboro, who was found dead the morning of July 23rd in the front porch of a home in the 400 block of James Avenue.
Sipe will be back in court on March 25th for the start of his trial that is expected to last three days. He remains in custody.
