HARRISONBURG, Va. (ROCKTOWN NOW) – The Harrisonburg community will have a chance to see the new vision for Kids Castle Playground at Purcell Park this week.

Design teams will unveil renderings of the new play structure and accompanying amenities that are based on input from hundreds of community members – including children – during the Purcell Park Master Plan Process.

Interested attendees will have a chance to view the artistic depictions of the new fun additions for the playground at a public engagement meeting on Wednesday evening, Oct. 16 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Harrisonburg City Hall Council Chambers.
