MOUNT JACKSON, Va. (ROCKTOWN NOW) – The Shenandoah County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the theft of two high-end dirt bikes from a residence on Crooked Run Road in Mount Jackson.
According to a post from the Office’s Facebook post, the incident took place early Wednesday morning between 3:00 and 5:00 a.m., prompting local law enforcement to ask for community help.
The stolen vehicles are a bright lime green 2024 Kawasaki KX45 and a black 2022 Husqvarna FC450 Rock Star Edition.
Authorities have released stock images of the bikes to aid in identification. They emphasize that these are not actual photographs of the stolen vehicles but represent the same year, make, and model.
The Shenandoah County Sheriff’s Office is urging anyone with information about the theft or the whereabouts of these dirt bikes to come forward. Individuals with relevant information are encouraged to contact the Sheriff’s Office directly at 540-459-6100.
