SHENANDOAH COUNTY, Va. (ROCKTOWN NOW) – A traffic stop earlier this year in Edinburg has resulted in the arrest of three people, including a Harrisonburg woman.
Shenandoah County Sheriff Tim Carter reported in a news release that the traffic stop happened on June 6. After a search was conducted, six ounces of methamphetamine and fifty fentanyl pills were recovered.
That led to a search warrant that was executed at two homes where more meth and even cocaine were seized.
Arrested were Brittainy Lee Taylor Cline of Harrisonburg, Jaron Evandon Carey of Winchester and Emily Meri Grace Lamb of Stephens City. All three were charged with possession with intent to distribute a schedule I/II drug .
Carter says the investigation is ongoing.
