Sharon Jean Vandevander Kisamore, 78, of Timberville, passed away Saturday, May 11, 2024, in Harrisonburg. Mrs. Kisamore was born May 8, 1946, in West Virginia to the late Jimmy and Allene Vandevander. She was an inspector at Rocco in Dayton for many years.

She was married to Joseph Ray Kisamore who preceded her in death.

Mrs. Kisamore is survived by a son, Jennings D. Lambert, Jr. and wife, Shelbie of Timberville; a daughter, Sharon K. Worley and husband, Thaddeus of Harrisonburg; a sister, Jeanine Nelson of Circleville, West Virginia; grandchildren, Jennings D. Lambert, III, Dalton Lambert and wife, Kelsey, Kaylin Pence and husband, Shawn, Amanda May, Jessica May, Chris May, and Tish Gallaway and husband, AJ, as well as 11 great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Beth Redmond.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m., Thursday, May 16, 2024, at the Kyger Funeral Home in Harrisonburg.
