ROCKINGHAM COUNTY, Va. (ROCKTOWN NOW) – The Clover Hill man who pleaded guilty to murder earlier this year will have to wait a little longer to find out his fate.
Tanner Allen Hartman had a court hearing scheduled for this morning, but online records showed that it was continued until next Friday.
Hartman, 22, was charged with killing Chad Anthony Mines, 46, during an incident on Whitmore Shop Road just before daybreak on May 11, 2021.
He pleaded guilty to second degree murder on Jan. 12 in Rockingham County Circuit Court.
