SHENANDOAH COUNTY, VA (Rocktown Now) — The Shenandoah County Sheriff’s Office arrested an Edinburg woman for alleged drug charges on Tuesday.

SCSO says that on Tuesday, January 13th, at approximately 4:30pm, they received a report of a suspicious person in the area of the 19000 block of Senedo Rd in Edinburg.

After further investigation a search was conducted and drug paraphernalia, Methamphetamine, and several Xanax pills were recovered.

The driver, identified as April Lynn Watson of Edinburg was charged with:

18.2-250: Possession of a Sch. I or II Controlled Substance

18.2-250: Possession of a Sch. IV Controlled Substance

Deputies arrested Watson and transported her to the Rappahannock Shenandoah Warren (RSW) Regional Jail where she is being held without bond.

SCSO says the case is ongoing.
