ROCKINGHAM COUNTY, VA (Rocktown Now) — The Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office announced in a social media post that Adam Patrick Eaton of Linville, VA, who was featured on Fugitive Files in October, has been arrested.

Eaton was wanted for Outstanding Circuit Court Capias and Violation of Bond Conditions.

According to online records, he was originally arrested on March 17th but was granted bond on June 27th.

However, he failed to show up for a hearing on October 14th and that was when a capias was issued.
