ROCKINGHAM COUNTY, VA (Rocktown Now) — The Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office announced on their social media page that Cory Allen Custer, who was featured on the Fugitive Files last year, has been arrested. 

Custer was wanted for 4 counts of Circuit Court Capias.
