ROCKINGHAM COUNTY, VA (Rocktown Now) — A former fugitive from Rockingham County will have to wait another month before he knows what comes next in his case.

Jacob Duvall-Early of McGaheysville was supposed to appear in Harrisonburg-Rockingham Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court this morning for a Status Hearing regarding 13 counts of Possession of Child Pornography.

However, according to online records, that hearing was continued until August 8th.

Duvall-Early had been a wanted fugitive since last September until he was arrested May 2nd when agents from the Department of Homeland Security identified the 34-year-old on a plane flying from Mexico to Dulles International Airport.

U-S Customs detained the suspect until Rockingham County Sheriff’s Deputies took him into custody.
