WAYNESBORO, Va. (ROCKTOWN NOW) – The Rockingham County couple who was charged in a shooting in Waynesboro on Memorial Day weekend have been indicted.

Dustin Allen Dove of McGaheysville and Kaylee Grace Turner of Timberville were no shows during their hearing yesterday in Waynesboro Circuit Court. A capias was issued for them after they were indicted on first degree murder charges.

The charges stemmed from the shooting incident on May 25 in the 1300 block of D Street. The victim, Seth Wayne Wallace, 22, of Waynesboro, died a few weeks later.

According to online records, Dove’s arraignment hearing will be on April 3 of next year and his three-day jury trial is scheduled for two weeks later.
