Piper is a 9-month-old Shepherd mix that weighs around 50lbs, here’s her bio:

Cookie
Cookie is around 11 months old and weighs approximately 10lbs, here’s his bio:

RHSPCA is participating in Bissell Pet Foundation’s Empty the Shelters Event that is running from May 1st-15th! During this time, we will be featuring a “Name Your Price” adoption special on all adult dogs, adult cats, small critters, and kittens where adoption fees will be as little as $1.
