HARRISONBURG, Va. (ROCKTOWN NOW) – Harrisonburg Public Works is inviting the community to a pair of open houses tomorrow regarding its proposed Stormwater Improvement Plan.
Officials say that the feedback collected during the meeting, along with recent survey results, will help the city iron out the final version of the plan.
Brittany Clem-Hott is the Public Works Outreach and Communications Specialist.
“We need your feedback about where there are problems occurring and what is most important to you,” Clem-Hott told Rocktown Now in April. “Your input will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our stormwater program and ensuring the health of our local waterways.”
Tuesday’s open houses will be split into two sessions: the morning meeting runs from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 a.m. at City Hall. The evening session is happening from f4-6 p.m. at the Pleasant View Inc. Day Program Building on Commerce Drive.
