ROCKINGHAM COUNTY, VA (Rocktown Now) — A public memorial service will be held this weekend in memory of Holly Hatcher, who tragically passed away on August 3 in a home invasion.

The service will be held on Saturday, August 16th at John C. Myers Elementary School at 6pm. Family, friends, colleagues, former students, community members, and all others who knew her are invited.

Burial will be private. The casket will be closed and there will not be any services at Grandle Funeral Home in Broadway.

The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Holly’s memory to The Holly Hatcher Education Foundation.  Please make the check out to The Holly Hatcher Education Foundation and mail to Grandle Funeral Home, P.O.
