HARRISONBURG, VA (Rocktown Now) — A date has been set for the preliminary hearing of the Harrisonburg man accused of robbing the Tobacco Hut and Vape Shop.

Alex Warble is scheduled to have his preliminary hearing on January 22nd in general district court, according to online records.

Harrisonburg Police say the 26-year-old Warble entered the store on South Main Street Sunday night, October 13th, brandished a firearm and demanded cash from the business.

Warble then fled the scene before officers arrived. However, he was arrested three days later at his home on South Avenue.

He faces three felony charges, including armed robbery, and he remains in custody.
