Pamela Ann Samuels, 76, of Elkton, passed away Sunday, October 27, 2024 at her home. She was born April 21, 1948 in Harrisonburg Va, and was the daughter of the late Beverly Jaddock.

Mrs. Samuels was a devoted member of the Church of Solsburg, where she would gather with friends while worshiping the Lord. She also was a proud caregiver for Homestead Healthcare for many years. She also had an occupation in banking, which she loved. Mrs. Samuels also loved gardening, where she would grow and nurture many beautiful plants. Mrs. Samuels was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister who will be missed by all those who knew and loved her during her life journey.

Pamela Samuels is survived by her husband, Larry Edward Samuels; son, Steven Liscum and wife, Alison; daughter, Loretta Sue Samuels; brother, Jeff Higgins; and grandchildren, Nathan Liscum, Nole Liscum.

A Memorial Service will be conducted 12 p.m., Saturday, November 16, 2024 at the Church of Solsburg with Pastor David Burrell and Pastor Carter Dean officiating.

Visitation will be 11 to 12 p.m., Saturday, November 16, 2024 at the church prior to the service.
