HARRISONBURG, VA (Rocktown Now) — Court Square Theater (CST) will celebrate the second anniversary of Friendly City Fables with a pirate-themed improv evening. Also, Rocktown Improv on First Friday, October 3.

  • Friday, October 3, 7:30 pm – Rocktown Improv takes the stage for an evening of unscripted scenes created through games and audience ideas, allowing you to wind down with something unexpected after touring First Fridays of the Valley art openings. Recommended for ages 13 and up. Suggested $5 donation at the door.
  • Thursday, October 23, 7:30 pm – Celebrate the 2nd anniversary of Friendly City Fables with a pirate-themed show, where a roll of the dice determines how our Heroes will embark on epic improv adventures. This show – the final one for 2025 – features new characters and a special musical guest, Death by Bellows (aka Ivan Christo)! Audience costumes are encouraged, although guests will not be invited onstage. Tickets are $10. Recommended for ages 18 and up.
