Norman Victor “P.J.” Villalobos, 41, of Elkton, passed away on Sunday, March 3, 2024.

Mr. Villalobos was born December 3, 1982, in Harrisonburg, Virginia, and was the son of Barbara Ann Price Villalobos.

P.J. was a graduate of Spotswood High School. He enjoyed being outdoors, fishing, camping, visiting the Outer Banks, video games, and he was a great cook. His children were his life, he was very active with assisting their sports teams and never missed one of their sporting events. P.J. was a genuine person with a huge heart, that will be greatly missed.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Jacqlin Caruso “Jackie” Villalobos; children, Montanna Caruso, Cheyann Villalobos, Damien Villalobos and Mason McCallister; brothers, Curtis Price and wife, Portia, and Angel Price; nephews, Austin Price and wife, Autumn, Tyson Price, Jordan Price, Dylan Stell and Kyrin Price; nieces, Destiny Stell, Peyton Smith, Faith Chipps, Josie Chipps, Alanni Price and Amora Price; great-nieces, Aspen and Ariya Price; great-nephew, Aries Price; aunt, Susan Price; uncles, Gary Price and wife, Barbara, Franklin Price, and Kenneth Price and wife, Lisa; father-in-law, Teddy Bodkin; brother-in-law, Clyde Chipps, Jr.; sister-in-law, Laura Chipps; his grand-puppy, Archie David Miller, as well as numerous cousins, extended family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, James F. and Norma F. Price; an uncle, James F. Price, and his mother-in-law, Donna Chipps.
