HARRISONBURG, VA (Rocktown Now) — Another delay in the trial of the former Nexus executives who are accused of defrauding Zachary Cruz out of more than 400-thousand dollars.

Richard Moore, Michael Donovan and Timothy Shipe were in Augusta County Circuit Court Tuesday morning for a hearing on a continuance motion that was filed by Moore’s attorney.

Moore is currently undergoing a mental evaluation that was ordered last month by U.S. District Judge Elizabeth Dillion prior to his sentencing on defrauding the IRS of over three million dollars.

Judge Sean Workowski granted the continuance and continued the trial, which was scheduled to start on September 8th, all the way until March 9th of next year. It is the sixth such delay in the case.
