Charli is positive for some tick borne illnesses, but don’t let that scare you. Charli absolutely loves affection and will happily lean in for pets and cozy up by your side whenever she can. Meet Shantel! She’s an adorable tabby who will never turn down any treats offered to her! Shantel is super sweet and loves to give gentle headbutts when she says hello. She is FIV+, but kept indoors, attending her regular vet visits, and being kept up to date medically, she can live a long, healthy life! When she’s not watching all the activity around her, she finds a nice comfy spot and settles in for a cat nap. If Shantel sounds like the cat for you, come by and visit her at the shelter!

Meet Sweet Tony (AKA Tonster, Tony Bologna), a lovable dog who thrives on attention and adores a challenging game of tug of war. He’s a fetch master who never seems to get tired, always ready for another round. “After only 4 days he has adjusted amazingly! He loves his walks and is very agile for being an older pup! Not only is he great in car rides but loves meeting all the college kids at JMU! He is AVAILABLE for adoption, specifically a home without other dogs. He does well with cats, and older children (above 13). Thank you RHSPCA for giving us four college gals an opportunity to house Tony for now!”
