ROCKINGHAM COUNTY, VA (Rocktown Now) — A McGaheysville man has been convicted for his part in a fatal shooting last year in Waynesboro.
According to online records, Dustin Allen Dove was found guilty this week of first-degree murder in the shooting death of 22-year-old Seth Wayne Wallace on May 25th, 2024.
The jury reached a verdict yesterday, which was only the second day of a planned three-day trial.
Dove was also convicted of a charge of Use of a Firearm in Committing a Felony, First Offense.
The 23-year-old will be sentenced August 15th.
Meanwhile, Kaylee Grace Turner of Timberville, also facing charges in the case, awaits her trial on June 23rd.
