AUGUSTA COUNTY, Va. (ROCKTOWN NOW) – It is three weeks in jail for one of the two Hopewell men charged with abducting a woman outside Luray Caverns last year.

According to online records, Sean Gregory Jarrett reached a plea deal with prosecutors today in Page County Circuit Court.

Jarrett entered an Alford plea to a charge of wearing a mask in certain places. An Alford plea is where a defendant does not admit guilt but realizes that prosecutors have enough evidence for a conviction. In exchange for the plea, two other charges were dropped.

According to Luray Police, Jarrett and Travis Matthew Hogan forced a woman into a vehicle parked outside the Caverns back on November 12th. She was eventually released uninjured.

Hogan reached a plea deal with prosecutors in July and received a three-year prison sentence.
