LYNDHURST, VA (Rocktown Now) – On October 16, the Augusta County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant for narcotics and firearms in the 2600 block of Lyndhurst Road. The operation was conducted with assistance from the Sheriff’s Office SWAT, K9, and Drone teams.
During the execution of the warrant, deputies arrested Timothy Wayne Warren, 59, of Lyndhurst, who was wanted at the time for a probation violation. Following the search of the residence, on October 18, additional charges were obtained against Mr. Warren for:
18.2-248.1 Distribution of Marijuana
18.2-308.2 Possession of Firearm by a Convicted Felon.
Mr. Warren is currently being held at Middle River Regional Jail without bond. Lyndhurst Road was closed during the operation for approximately 20 to 30 minutes.
