HARRISONBURG, Va. (ROCKTOWN NOW) – It is four months in prison for the Louisiana man convicted in connection to a robbery at a Harrisonburg 7-Eleven earlier this year.

According to online records, Tevin White pleaded guilty to a felony count of stealing property during a hearing Thursday morning in Rockingham County Circuit Court.

A judge then sentenced White to four years and four months in prison with those four years suspended.

It stemmed from an incident on April 25 at the 7-Eleven on South Main Street.

White initially fled the scene but was eventually arrested in Pennsylvania.

Incidentally, the victim in that robbery, Travis Fogle, faces a malicious shooting charge of his own and has a court date set for Wednesday, Aug. 14.
