AUGUSTA COUNTY, Va. (ROCKTOWN NOW) – The Stuarts Draft man charged with several felonies related to a road rage incident last fall will face a jury in a couple of weeks.
Ma’Aquil Ni’mill Little John had an arraignment hearing Wednesday morning that decided he will have a jury trial on Sept. 24 in Augusta County Circuit Court.
Littlejohn, 43, is facing eight counts, including malicious wounding and reckless handling of a firearm.
Littlejohn was accused of striking another motorist with a pistol after both drivers exited their vehicles during a road rage encounter near Schneider Park last November.
