HARRISONBURG, Va. (Rocktown Now) – James Madison baseball is scheduled to host Appalachian State in a three-game series this weekend that begins on Friday, and the first two games of the series have been moved up due to the threat of inclement weather.

The Friday and Saturday games against the Mountaineers will now begin at 4:00 p.m. each day as they were originally scheduled for 6:00 p.m. first pitches. The series finale on Sunday remains at 1:00 p.m.

The Dukes are 16-12 and 3-6 in the Sun Belt, while App State comes in 18-8 and 5-4 in league play.

All three games will be played at Veterans Memorial Park and you can listen to the games on ESPN Harrisonburg (106.9 FM | 1360 AM) and online at ESPNHarrisonburg.com.
