WEYERS CAVE, VA (Rocktown Now) — All northbound lanes of Interstate 81 are shut down in Weyers Cave. A tractor trailer crash has caused the lanes to be closed. Also, expect moderate conditions on other roads including primary and secondary. VDOT reports moderate conditions mean a majority of the road is still snow covered.
