* WHAT...For the Blizzard Warning, blizzard conditions. Winds
  gusting as high as 45 mph and visibility below a quarter of a
  mile. For the Winter Storm Warning, heavy snow expected. Total
  snow accumulations between 12 and 24 inches.

* WHERE...Northwest Pocahontas and Southeast Randolph Counties.

* WHEN...For the Blizzard Warning, until 10 AM EST Saturday. For
  the Winter Storm Warning, from 10 AM to 7 PM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling
  and blowing snow. Whiteout conditions are expected and will
  make travel treacherous and potentially life-threatening.
  Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the Friday evening commute. Gusty
  winds could bring down tree branches.
