HARRISONBURG, Va. (ROCKTOWN NOW) – The man suspected in a shooting earlier this year on North Main Street in Harrisonburg will have another month to decide his fate.
Alexander Ramos Perez was scheduled to enter a plea Tuesday morning in Rockingham County Circuit Court; however, according to online records, the hearing was continued until Dec. 16.
Ramos-Perez, 22, faces three felony charges, including malicious wounding after authorities accused him of being responsible for the shooting that took place during the early morning hours on March 31.
A 19-year-old Rockingham County woman was injured and was treated at Sentara RMH Medical Center before being released.
Ramos-Perez remains in custody.
