ROCKINGHAM COUNTY, Va. (ROCKTOWN NOW) – A court appearance scheduled this week for a Broadway man facing a slew of theft-related charges was delayed for a third time.

Vladimir Petrovich Mazur was scheduled to appear in court for a preliminary hearing on Wednesday, according to online records show that a preliminary hearing for Mazur was continued for a third time, this time until May 22 in the General District Court.

The now 36-year-old Mazur was arrested on February 1 after several law enforcement agencies executed a search warrant in the 11,000 block of Wampler Road in Timberville.

He was charged with 14 felonies, including grand larceny and possession of a Schedule I or II drug.

Mazur remains in custody at Rockingham-Harrisonburg Regional Jail.
