SHENANDOAH COUNTY, Va. (ROCKTOWN NOW) – A former driver with Shenandoah County Public Schools who is facing more than a dozen financial and fraud-related charges will have to wait even longer to find out her fate.
According to online records, Rebecca McCullough was supposed to have a hearing Friday morning in General District Court, however it was continued until Nov. 8.
McCullough is charged with six counts of stealing a credit card, six additional counts of entering a vehicle to commit a crime, and one count of embezzlement over $1,000.
The charges came about after the school division became suspicious that someone may have improperly used a school division fuel card. The evidence was then turned over to the Sheriff’s Office and McCollough was arrested in March.
She was then released on her own recognizance.
