HARRISONBURG, VA (Rocktown Now) — It is 31 years in prison for the Harrisonburg man who pleaded guilty to numerous felony child pornography charges.

Mark Everett Paulson was sentenced on Friday afternoon in Rockingham County Circuit Court.

The 65-year-old Paulson pleaded guilty to 30 charges back in April, including 29 counts of possession of child pornography second offense.

He was then sentenced to 150 years in prison but a judge suspended 119 of those years.

He was arrested for those crimes in January of 2022 after having previously served 18 months in jail for his conviction on four similar charges in June of 2018.
