HARRISONBURG, VA (Rocktown Now) — A Harrisonburg man accused of exposing himself inside a Book-A-Million store last summer has been indicted.
Online records show that a Rockingham County Circuit Court grand jury returned four indictments against Tevin Edwin White during a hearing Tuesday afternoon.
Among the charges he faces include two counts of indecent exposure, an amended charge of accessory to robbery, and violating probation.
The alleged incident occurred last July 19th at the bookstore in the Valley Mall.
The 31-year-old White remains in custody, and he has a plea hearing set for April 6th.
