HARRISONBURG, VA (Rocktown Now) — The City of Harrisonburg has posted their schedule for the Thanksgiving holiday. Officials want to remind city residents that trash pickup for Thursday, November 28, will be on Wednesday, November 27. Trash pickup for Friday, November 29, will be on Monday, December 2.

City Offices will also be closed for a half day on Wednesday, all of Thursday, and all of Friday.

The Recycling Convenience Center and Mobile Unit will be open until 12pm on Wednesday, and closed on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

Bulk and yard debris has been canceled and will be collected on Wednesday, December 11.
