GROTTOES, VA (Rocktown Now) — A nonprofit in Grottoes is holding a fundraiser this weekend as part of ongoing efforts to save the town’s historic pool.

The Grottoes Pool Preservation Foundation says that it is hosting a luau-themed event at Lil Gus’s restaurant Saturday afternoon from four until eight.

Organizers say that the event will include live music, door prizes, raffles, and food, as well as a photo booth and prize wheel.

Admission is two dollars per person, and all proceeds will go toward repairing the Community Pool at Grand Caverns Park.
