HARRISONBURG, Va. (JMU Athletics) – The Basketball Tournament (TBT) – the $1 million, winner-take-all summer basketball event broadcast live on FOX Sports – for the first time will see Founding Fathers, a James Madison University alumni team, host a regional at Atlantic Union Bank Center from July 18-22.

Founding Fathers, the four seed in the James Madison Region, is organized by GM Joe Kuykendall and coached by Kevin Albright. Founding Fathers’ current roster includes:

Founding Fathers will play NXT ERA Elite on Friday, July 18, at 8:00 p.m. ET. If Founding Fathers advance to the second round, they will face the winner of Happy Valley Hoopers and Raleigh 919 Legends, July 20 at 3:00 p.m. ET.

The James Madison Regional championship game is Tuesday, July 22 at 7 p.m. ET.

All games from the James Madison Regional will be broadcast live on ESPN Harrisonburg (106.9 FM | 1360 AM) and ESPNHarrisonburg.com.

The winner of the James Madison Regional will play the winner of the West Virginia Regional in the quarterfinals on Monday, July 28, at 9 p.m. on FS2. The semifinals and $1 million winner-take-all championship game will be July 31 and Aug. 3.
