AUGUSTA COUNTY, VA (Rocktown Now) — It appears that there is more trouble for the former owners of Nexus Services.

According to online records, Michael Donovan and Richard Moore failed to appear in Augusta County Circuit Court last Wednesday for an arraignment hearing and so they were both hit with a misdemeanor charge of failure to appear.

A show cause hearing has been scheduled for March 28th on those charges.

Meanwhile, Moore and Donovan, both 47-year-olds from Fishersville, along with Timothy Shipe of Staunton, are accused of defrauding Zachary Cruz out of more than 400-thousand dollars.

Zachary Cruz is the brother of Nikolas Cruz, who was the mass shooter at a high school in Parkland, Florida, in February of 2018.

That trial was supposed to start next week but it has been delayed again until the first week of August.
