ELKTON, VA (Rocktown Now) — Elkton Police continue to investigate an alleged assault that happened last weekend.

According to a news release, officers responded Sunday to the parking lot of Domino’s Pizza for a report of an assault that had just occurred.

An employee and another individual got into a verbal argument that ended with the employee being pepper sprayed.

Officers attempted to speak with the other party involved but were unable to come in contact with a white man who was in 20’s and a had a nose ring.

He was accompanied by a woman in a Silver or Gray Toyota Camry.
