HARRISONBURG, Va. (JMU Athletics) – James Madison’s week two football matchup at Louisville has been moved up a day to Friday, Sept. 5, ESPN and the Atlantic Coast Conference announced. The game time and TV network designation will still be announced in late May.
This will be JMU’s second meeting against Louisville, with the inaugural matchup occurring in JMU’s first FBS season in 2022.
Game time and network designation for this game, as well as JMU’s season opener on Aug. 30 versus Weber State and its Tuesday, Oct. 28 matchup at Texas State will be announced by ESPN in late May. All other remaining kickoff times will be announced by the Sun Belt and ESPN on Mondays, 12 days prior to each game.
JMU is currently in week two of Spring Football, which will conclude on Saturday, April 12 at 1:30 p.m. with the annual Spring Game, presented by Duke’s Mayo.
