Dennis (Denny) Dale Deeds, 73, of Elkton, passed away Saturday, November 9, 2024 at his home. Denny was born on August 20, 1951 and was the son of the late Edith Deeds.

In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his brother, Walter (Muffin) Deeds Jr. and grandmother, Nina Royer.

Denny served in the Army for three years from 1971-1973. He worked his entire life at PCA in Harrisonburg and eventually retired from PCA. Denny was a big Washington Commanders fan.

He is survived by his son, Dustin Dale Deeds of Rockingham; step-daughter, Sherry Wimer of Tenth Legion; cousin, Jeanie Armentrout and companion, Kevin Wray; Jeanie’s daughter, Kristi Armentrout; neighbors and close friends, Dolly and Kenny.

The family would like to thank Jeanie and Kevin for caring for Denny in these last few years of his illness.

Family and close friends may visit the home of his son on Wednesday, November 13, 2024 between the hours of 5 – 7 p.m. at 167 Northwood Lane, Rockingham, VA 22802.
