HARRISONBURG, Va. (ROCKTOWN NOW) – The Republican National Convention continues this week.
Sixth District Congressman Ben Cline has arrived in Milwaukee and he said on the Mike Schikman Show Tuesday that he approved of the choice of Ohio Senator JD Vance as the vice-presidential nominee.
“I think it’s a great choice,” Cline said. “He’s a dynamic young senator who’s going to continue the great policies of the Trump administration from four years ago and be ready to run when Trump finishes his second term in 2028.”
Incidentally, Vance is the first veteran on a major party’s national ticket to have served after 9/11 and, at 39 years old, he is the first Millennial on a major-party ticket.
