AUGUSTA COUNTY, VA (Rocktown Now) — The Central Shenandoah Health District will hold in-school vaccine clinics for rising 7th and 12th graders within Augusta County Public School District starting this month.
The HPV, Meningococcal ACWY, and Tdap vaccines will be available at each clinic.
The Code of Virginia requires children entering daycare, public, and private schools to give proof of vaccination or an exemption form before enrolling in school.
The first clinic date is April 11 at Riverheads and Stuarts Draft Middle Schools, followed by Buffalo Gap Middle School April 29th, and Stewart and Wilson Middle Schools on May 2nd.
