WAYNESBORO, Va – The case of a Waynesboro man accused of assaulting several people inside an Applebee’s earlier this year is moving on in the courts.
According to online court records, Terrell Daquan Williams had the seven charges he faces certified to a grand jury during a hearing Wednesday in Waynesboro General District Court.
Among the charges include malicious wounding and resisting arrest.
Police Sergeant Jamie Dunn said officers responded back on February 25th to reports of a man assaulting diners at the restaurant on Lew Dewitt Boulevard.
When authorities arrived, Williams had fled the scene, but was located a short time later after the vehicle he was riding in crashed.
