STAUNTON, Va (WSVA) – Staunton Police announced that they have made an arrest in connection with a robbery that occurred nearly two years.

Sergeant Butch Shiflett stated in a news release that 23-year-old Dejour Walker of Charlottesville was apprehended on Monday by the U-S Marshals Capital Area Regional Fugitive Task Force.

Walker has been charged with robbery, grand larceny, abduction, and wearing a mask to conceal his identity after he was accused of holding up V-A Skill Games on Greenville Avenue back May 18th of 2022.

He is currently being held at Middle River Regional Jail. A bond hearing scheduled for Wednesday afternoon was continued until March 20th in Staunton General District Court.
