Residents of the Massanutten community in Rockingham County say they’re still angry and confused after a second meeting with Massanutten Public Service Corporation leaders left their questions unanswered.

Many residents spoke during last night’s meeting about their above average water and sewage bills.

Kirk Armstrong, a new Massanutten resident who moved from Harrisonburg, said that his bill has more than doubled from when he lived in the city. He feels that the Corporation has no plan moving forward.

Other residents who have lived in surrounding cities say they now pay hundreds after previously paying no more than 60 dollars.
