The Harrisonburg Police Department is investigating after a man arrived at Sentara R-M-H Tuesday morning with a gunshot wound.

The individual, a 24-year-old white male, has stated that the shooting took place within Harrisonburg city limits.

In a release, city communications manager Michael Parks said Harrisonburg Police was informed of the incident around 6:15.

They say information can be left anonymously.
