MOUNT JACKSON, Va – The Timberville man who was arrested last December after a 19-hour standoff with police did not find out his fate as scheduled.
Online records show that a plea and sentencing hearing Wednesday afternoon for Joshua Ryan Litten was continued until December 19th in Shenandoah County Circuit Court.
The 38-year-old Litten was indicted by a grand jury back in June on more than a dozen charges, including 10 counts for malicious assault of a law enforcement officer.
The standoff occurred last December 7th at Perry Trailer Park Road near Mount Jackson.
